As COO of ESP Group, I led departments in Norway and Iceland, overseeing the development of security systems for major clients such as NSB and Avinor. I held overall responsibility for daily operations, including project managers and sales teams. I also played a key role in the development and negotiations with Telenor for the launch of Norway’s first subscription-based gaming platform, Games on Demand, helping to establish new standards for digital services and security technology.
In 2005, I founded the online store Techlife.no, focusing on introducing innovative technology products to the B2C market and exploring new opportunities in e-commerce. Through targeted marketing and strong supplier relationships, I built a company that stood out in a highly competitive market. This experience became an important foundation for my later work in business development and investments.
After Techlife.no, I founded Dark Matter Norway, a company that provides technology and services for the detection and identification of explosives and narcotics to Norwegian authorities. Over time, Dark Matter Norway has grown into a key supplier for the military, police, customs, and other agencies responsible for security and emergency preparedness. Through this work, I have collaborated with government authorities on projects related to national security, including highly confidential initiatives. I have built up decades of experience with tender processes, public procurement, and delivery systems, contributing advanced solutions and practical expertise to support critical societal functions.
As the founder of Sturgis Holding AS, I focus on business development and investments in technologies that can modernize and strengthen traditional industries. The philosophy is to enhance existing solutions with a strong emphasis on organizational development and growth. Sturgis Holding has been instrumental in the establishment of Surge Reality AS and the Acacien Foundation, among others.
